2. Services & Refund
MyMo Plan offers analytical financial scenario planning services for first-time property buyers in the UK. These services are available for purchase and are designed for informational purposes only, assisting users in understanding various mortgage-related financial scenarios. 

 

The specific contents and services included in each plan (e.g., Essential Plan, Smart Plan) are listed on our Product List or Pricing Page at the time of purchase. These form part of the agreement between you (the client) and us (The One Solution Consulting Limited).

 

We reserve the right to decline or modify parts of a service if the client fails, refuses, or is unable to provide necessary information requested to complete a tailored report. In such cases, while we may be unable to deliver the full custom report, the client will retain lifetime access to the MyMoCalc application and may use it to generate their own scenario reports.

 

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or replace elements of a purchased plan if a particular service is not applicable to the client’s personal circumstances. This does not affect the overall value or intent of the plan.

 

Most services and digital content are provided instantly following purchase, some just after once complete information obtained from client. By completing the purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

3. Age Restrictions
Users of our services must be 18 years of age or older. By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

 

4.User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, especially when completing the "Obtain MyMo Plan Form" and any further communication required for the service. Failing to provide accurate information may result in the inability to deliver the service.

 

5. Delivery of Service
Once you have purchased our services, you will be required to provide additional information via a questionnaire, which will be sent to you by email. Upon receiving all necessary information, we will deliver your personalized MyMo Plan by email. The usual timeframe for delivery is up to five working days upon receiving all information required in order to generate your MyMo Plan, though this may vary based on demand.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by The One Solution Consulting Limited unless otherwise specified. You are permitted to share or reuse this content, provided it is for personal, non-commercial purposes, and proper credit is given to My Mortgage Plan.
